Job Description

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the management of Inventory levels for both food production and restaurant outlets
  • Conduct regular Stock inspections, identify discrepancies, and report on inventory levels to the stores manager.
  • Issuing and receiving of inventories from internal and external parties
  • Assisting in proper records keeping of Stock
  • Participate in regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Any other assigned task

Qualifications & Documents

  • A minimum of HND in supply chain management or any related field
  • A minimum of 1 year working experience
  • Familiarity with basic Inventory Management Techniques
  • Ability to analyze and handle complex situations
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to details and excellent problem solving ability
