Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary

  1. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of Sales and Marketing Officers stationed at each outlet, providing them with clear objectives, goals, and performance metrics. Conduct regular check-ins with team members, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to meet sales and engagement targets. Facilitate weekly team meetings to discuss progress, brainstorm ideas, and address any challenges at the outlet level.
  1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to increase in-store sales, customer retention, and foot traffic at each outlet. Work with outlet teams to identify local opportunities for sales growth, including partnerships with nearby businesses, local events, and community organizations. Set and monitor sales targets, working closely with Sales and Marketing Officers to meet or exceed goals.
  1. Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, design, and oversee marketing campaigns that include social media, local advertising, in-store promotions, and loyalty programs. Coordinate the launch of new products, promotions, and seasonal offers, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and customer expectations. Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance data and feedback from outlet teams.
  1. Customer Engagement and Brand Building: Develop initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and engagement, including feedback programs, community events, and outreach. Support the brand’s social media presence by working with Sales and Marketing Officers on content creation and customer interactions. Maintain a strong understanding of customer preferences and market trends, providing insights to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
  1. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze sales data and marketing KPIs, preparing regular reports for the Operations Manager to track performance across outlets. Utilize customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive analysis to refine and adjust sales and marketing strategies. Oversee budget allocation for marketing activities at each outlet, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve maximum impact.

Qualifications & Documents

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally within the food or retail industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing effective marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a geographically dispersed team.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing tools.
