Salary: GHS 1,000 - 2,000

Job Description

Specific Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customers’ and employees’ concerns, and resolving them

Ensuring that the shop has enough items for sales, and ordering for additional items when necessary

Assist in undertaking practical trainings for new and existing shop staff

Meeting set targets and ensuring excellent customer service delivery

Daily stock taking at the Shops

Reconciliation of sales and electronic transactions made during the day

Any other assigned task

Qualifications & Documents

HND or WASSCE with at least 3 years working experience in the food and hospitality industry, or a degree in Hospitality.

A minimum of 1 year working experience

Passionate about working in the food industry

Ability to analyze and handle complex situations

Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Great interpersonal skills

Attention to details and excellent problem solving ability
