Salary: GHS 2,000 - 2,500

Job Description

Specific Responsibilities:

Ensure the adherence of recipe and standard operating procedures

Ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products

Undertaking quality adherence trainings for new and existing staff

Ensuring the adherence of FDA’s quality assurance standards

Designing, implementing and updating of quality check lists

Any other assigned tasks

Qualifications & Documents

A degree in food science/food safety or any related field

A minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably in the food industry

Familiarity with HACCP principles and applications

Ability to analyze and handle complex situations

Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Familiarity with FDA food safety standards

Attention to details and excellent problem solving ability
