We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at CleanEats. The Production Assistant will play a crucial role in our kitchen, focusing on the production of fresh juices, bread, and pastries. This position is integral to ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and nutrition.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Juice Production: Prepare and process fresh fruits and vegetables for juice production. Operate juicing equipment, ensuring all safety and hygiene standards are met. Bottle and label juices accurately, maintaining consistent quality and taste.
2. Bread and Pastry Baking: Assist in the preparation and baking of bread and pastries, following established recipes and procedures. Measure and mix ingredients accurately, ensuring consistency in product quality. Monitor baking times and temperatures to produce perfectly baked goods.
3. Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all production areas. Regularly taste and test products to ensure flavor and texture standards are met.
4. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of ingredients and supplies. Ensure proper storage of ingredients, monitoring for freshness and quality. Report any inventory shortages or issues to the Production Supervisor.
5. Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices. Regularly clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils. Follow all safety procedures to operate kitchen equipment safely.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively to coordinate production schedules and meet demand. Assist in training new production staff as needed.
