Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our team at CleanEats Limited. Our mission is to provide nutritious, delicious, and fast meals to our customers. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality, healthy food.

Responsibilities:

  1. Food Preparation: Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications. Assemble and cook meals with a focus on health-conscious ingredients and cooking methods.
  2. Cooking: Operate kitchen equipment such as toaster and blenders. Follow cooking procedures to ensure food safety and quality. Monitor food during cooking to ensure proper temperature and consistency.
  3. Quality Control: Ensure all food items are prepared and served to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation. Check ingredients for freshness and proper storage.
  4. Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage. Regularly sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service. Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
  6. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the Supervisor.

Qualifications & Documents

• High School Certificate or HND or Diploma in Catering and Hospitality/Food and Nutrition.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
