Job Title: Human Resource Administrator

Location: Tema Community 11

Salary: GHS Tema Community 11

Reports To: CEO

Job Summary

  1. Recruitment and Staffing: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes across all outlets and the production unit.
  1. Onboarding and Orientation: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company through orientation programs and training.
  1. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  1. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  1. Training and Development: Support the development and implementation of training programs for employees, focusing on skill enhancement, safety protocols, and company policies.
  1. Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, promoting a positive workplace culture through effective communication and mediation.
  1. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, including tracking evaluations and facilitating feedback sessions.
  1. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping up to date with HR best practices and policies.
  1. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, maintaining HR databases, and assisting with payroll processing.
  1. Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and staff across all outlets to understand HR needs and provide tailored support.

Qualifications & Documents

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
