Job Title: Graphics and Social Media Manager

Reports To: CEO and Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design:
  • Design visually appealing and brand-consistent content, including social media posts, website banners, promotional materials, packaging, and menu boards.
  • Create engaging and innovative graphics for campaigns, events, and advertisements to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  1. Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn) to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality posts and stories that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generating insights to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community engagement and customer relationships.
  1. Content Creation and Strategy:
  • Ideate, produce, and edit multimedia content, including photos, videos, and reels, highlighting our products, promotions, and values.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and leverage them to create fresh, timely, and relevant content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop content calendars and campaigns tied to product launches, seasonal themes, and promotions.
  1. Brand Storytelling:
  • Enhance the brand’s storytelling by creating graphics and social media content that communicates our mission of healthy eating and sustainability.
  • Incorporate customer testimonials, nutritional facts, and wellness tips to educate and inspire the audience.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations for optimizing content and campaigns.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies or freelancers for large-scale projects as needed.

Qualifications & Documents

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and social media management, preferably within the food or wellness industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar platforms.
• Passion for healthy living and wellness is a plus.
